Andrew is a Chartered Architect with over fifteen years of experience in the construction industry.

Andrew has acted as design team leader through all RIBA workstages of the design and construction process and has led the production of complex design information packages (using both CAD and BIM (Autodesk Revit)) and has coordinated the inputs of other design disciplines and large client stakeholder groups. He has acted as Contract Administrator on traditionally procured projects and has been involved in all aspects of practice management including reviewing appointment terms, developing scopes of service and fee management. He has a varied portfolio of new-build and refurbishment projects across different sectors including residential, education, community and healthcare. Andrew has also been involved in masterplanning and has experience of working on Listed Buildings in the UK, including on a World Heritage Site.

Andrew has prepared advice notes for building owners/employers, contractors, insurers and their advisers. He has prepared expert reports for use in mediation, adjudication, arbitration and litigation (including CPR Part 35 reports in England and Wales). He has actively participated in several mediations as well as international arbitration proceedings.
